A house was not what I was searching for but a condo was, but where

What can I say about Dave and Debbie – they are great! They made my
selling and buying experience an enjoyable and painless experience.
Selling my house was so easy. Dave and Debbie explained every step
of the process. What they promised they would do – they did! They
would call with appointments, usually scheduled during the workday
so I was not inconvenienced, and provided me feedback on the
showings. Qualified buyers were a must and they ensured that only
people who could afford the house looked at it. When I got offers,
they made sure that I was not rushed to make a decision. There was
no pressure to take an offer that I didn’t like.
Dave and Debbie also took the work out of looking for a new home. I
had numerous listing to choose from. They even introduced me to
several new developments. It was like they knew what I really
wanted. I decided to build and they were there every step of the
way. Dave even helped me select my flooring – well at least
encouraged me to look at all my options. They were there for every
walk through and shared my excitement over my new home. I met Dave
and Debbie when I called on a home that they had listed. I was lucky
to have “bumped” into them and am certainly glad that I did. Not

Dave and Debbie Simpson have helped us buy, sell, and build a home.
When we outgrew our first home they aided in selling our existing
home and in constructing our new home. As time went on we needed a
larger home, but instead we used a different agent. We closed on our
new home in October and our existing home had still not sold. We
both realized what a mistake we had made, so we contacted Dave and
Debbie Simpson. They came to our rescue! Our home sold in a single
week! We learned a valuable lesson: to trust in a reliable
friendship!

We had 6 weeks to locate, buy, and close on a house in Louisville…
from Massachusetts. The Simpsons had helped my daughter sell her
house and she highly recommended them. I checked their website, and
from other testimonials found that they had handled long distance
relocations before. We gave them a call and scheduled a two day trip
to Louisville. There were flurries of emailed listings prior to our
arrival. They are not only knowledgeable about the Louisville real
estate market; they are able to take advantage of current technology
to share that information. We looked at a dozen or more properties
in the first day. D&D kept us supplied with cool drinks and snacks
as they chauffeured us around. By the end of the first day, we had
refined our “wish list” for a house. The Simpsons had no trouble
coming up with new possibilities from our refined list for our
second day of searching. We saw another dozen or so houses, made an
offer on one, and had it accepted before we flew back home. Dave and
Debbie’s help did not stop there; they guided us through the
inspection and closing process from 1000 miles away. They even
dropped by on the day we arrived and brought bagels for our crew of
friends helping us unload the moving van. They continue to be
available for questions and information. They are active and
involved in the community, doing volunteer work for the Humane
Society. And to top it all off; they are just plain fun, and easy to
be with.
