" I've sold a few homes in my life but I must say I have never experienced the professionalism and customer service provided by these two in selling a house.
I live out of state and they knew I was walking into a house that had been rented. My worst fears were realized and so began a week long, round the clock nightmare of repairs, replacement and renovation. Dave and Debbie helped me enormously by having a wealth of resources, namely companies and workers that could get the job done. I made the calls and these folks were more than happy to 'fit me in' as a courtesy to Dave and Debbie. Dave was even available with his tool box. They met deliveries at the door after I had left Louisville. Long story short... we got the job done and it wouldn't have been done so well and quickly if it hadn't been for them.

Not only did they get me through the repairs, they gave me excellent advice. Anything I inquired about they had a solution. Our combined efforts paid off because the house had multiple showings the first day on the market and I had a full price offer with no contingencies on the second day. Wow!

I have told everyone who knows about my Mom's house in Louisville that ReMax must be an outstanding company given their agents are so professional, experienced and thorough. Plus, good natured and friendly dispositions throughout the process.

"We had 6 weeks to locate, buy, and close on a house in Louisville… from Massachusetts. The Simpsons had helped my daughter sell her house and she highly recommended them. I checked their website, and from other testimonials found that they had handled long distance relocations before. We gave them a call and scheduled a two day trip to Louisville. There were flurries of emailed listings prior to our arrival. They are not only knowledgeable about the Louisville real estate market; they are able to take advantage of current technology to share that information. We looked at a dozen or more properties in the first day. D&D kept us supplied with cool drinks and snacks as they chauffeured us around. By the end of the first day, we had refined our “wish list” for a house. The Simpsons had no trouble coming up with new possibilities from our refined list for our second day of searching.
